1000 sek per month, paid in advance.
Why is it so cheap?
Over the years we’ve benefited a lot from this practice and want to share the Ashtanga tradition in a small, sustainable way close to home. If you come most weekdays, it works out at around 50 sek per session.
Why is it so expensive?
We limit number of students and want to make holding this space genuinely worthwhile alongside family and work. Over the years we’ve seen, up close, how many yoga spaces that run mostly on love and unpaid labour eventually burn out or go bankrupt, and we want to avoid recreating that pattern by valuing the time, care and ongoing work that a sustained practice space requires.
Numbers are arbitrary
In the end, the fee is just a number, and any number would be arbitrary. We’ve chosen this one because we think it strikes a balance: it’s enough to make it worthwhile for us to keep the door open month after year, and enough of a commitment on your side that it can support a steady, regular practice rather than something you drop in and out of. Our hope is that this arbitrary number helps both sides show up: we keep the room warm and open, and you keep rolling out your mat.
This number is too high for me
If this doesn’t fit your finances right now, that is completely understandable. There have been times in our own lives when we have needed to prioritise other expenses. We encourage everyone to keep practising in a way that works for their situation.
